Terms & Conditions:–
- Only Club Members and Affiliated Club Members can book rooms.
- E-mail request from affiliated club to be submitted for booking of rooms, if not, rooms will not be allotted.
- Rooms will be blocked for the affiliated member on receipt of email subject to availability, but rooms will be confirmed only after the receipt of 100% advance.
Tentative booking is deemed as cancelled if no advance is received within 24 hrs. - To avoid disappointment regarding allotment of rooms, the booking should be confirmed with our Manager or Secretary.
- Club members should carry their letter of introduction & ID card of the parent club as a mode of introduction/ identity.
- The Executive committee will have all rights to refuse rooms without assigning any reason.
- The Executive committee will have authority to ask the member to vacate the room without giving reasons if circumstances so warrant.
- Guest of Reciprocal members are not allowed. Total visits permitted is thrice a month and can stay for a maximum period of 3 days at a stretch.
- Affiliated Members/Members Guests can stay for a maximum of 30 days only in a Calendar year.
- Cancellation Charges apply as per Club Rules.
- No charges if cancelled 3 days before check-in. Within 3 days of check-in, 1 day room rent (per room booked) will be charged as total booking charges.
